Great stay with fantastic views!
I enjoyed the lovely sea view from my balcony, it was perfect for chillin' out and people-watching. The pool area was super clean and had amazing views over Kusadasi. The buffet breakfast had a solid variety too, though the room could’ve been a bit more spacious. Service was quick and friendly.

the location is amazin, right by the beach and lots of cute cafes around! the breakfast on the rooftop has a great view of the sea and the food was good. staff was friendly and cleaned the rooms every day, which was nice. the atmosphere was chill and it felt really cozy.
but the room was way too small and needed a major upgrade. The shower was a mess and water got everywhere.

Target audience family with children
I had a lovely little seafaring room with a balcony it was perfect for my family on this getaway. The gentle sound of the sea at night was soothing and the dinners were plated beautifully, like art on a plate.
It was not inexpensive but still acceptable for what we received.

The room was quite small for two people, especially with luggage around. It felt really basic, but it had a nice balcony with a sea view, which made it somewhat worth it. The air conditioning worked well, and I loved that it was quiet at night. not much space to move around, but it was decent for the price.

I spent a week at Asena Hotel and had a wonderful time. The room had a great balcony that opened up to a stunning sea view, perfect for enjoying the morning sun. The restaurant on the sixth floor offered delicious meals with a fantastic view of the Aegean Sea at sunset. Plus, the location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and a quick trip to local markets.
The room was a bit basic and could use some upgrades.

The furniture in the rooms is quite dated, giving off a vibe more suited for the 90s. Cleanliness issues were hard to ignore. there was dirt on the floor and the shower area could use some serious scrubbing. Noise levels can be bothersome at night with sounds from the beach and neighboring rooms infiltrating your peace. Wi-Fi is unreliable, often disconnecting multiple times a day, adding frustration to your stay. Plus, the elevator situation is hit or miss. one often breaks down, which can be a hassle if you’re on a higher floor. the room was small, and I found myself wishing for a bit more space to breathe when it came to luggage and comfort.
